Faculty, academics, students, and staffs of The 3 Universities (Akita University, Akita Prefectural University,Akita International University) can borrow up to 2 books for up to 2 weeks.
Bring your student ID card or faculty ID card to service desk, and fill in the blank of application. Then a library card will be issued to you.
